Tidy and new-fashioned rooms with particularly good views out to the mountains. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV.

Loved amazing breakfast, large and brand-new room.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel exceeded high expectations. We were in a nice and absolutely perfect location relatively near a glass-walled observation deck. This property was in a particularly good area. Good service was provided too.

The rooms were good sized and perfect with a view out to the mountains and the beds were great. I was offered a warm breakfast at all-tasteless food. Magnificent very central location near subway, mall, local stores and restaurants and a gondola to the top of Cerro San Cristóbal and Santiago-Providencia.

It was in a nice location with Costanera Center nearby.

The setting was quite nice within easy reach of Costanera Center. Also was walking distance to bars and wineries. We were offered generous breakfast at all-tasteless food...

Some people working there were extremely arrogant.

Excellent hip new hotel, exceptionally good views out to the mountains. Good bed, large bathroom and a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Comfortable location close enough to The Plaza de Armas. Also, in a beautiful area of Santiago.

Location: the hotel was right by the subway which runs to the centre of the city, and peaceful part of the city.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with a big shopping mall and various restaurants nearby. It is also close to the city center. The rooms are clean and have a modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful with a variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a fantastic location. This place is only a block away from two metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it is close to the center and just a short distance from downtown. The hotel offers excellent services, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed rooms, which provided a peaceful and quiet environment.

Loved this brand-new hotel, and we would book again. Everything was modern, very dedicated staff, particularly nice views out to the mountains. Its location relatively near a performing arts theater was absolutely perfect and excellent. The airport was approx 24 minutes' drive away.
